Returns
We accept returns on most new, unused products within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original packaging and in resellable condition.
Non‑Returnable Items
- Custom‑built outdoor kitchens
- Installed or used products
- Clearance or final‑sale items
- Items without original packaging
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is inspected and approved. Please allow 3–7 business days for processing.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
