Shipping Overview

Outdoor Home Supply offers free shipping on most orders within the lower 48 United States. Large items such as outdoor kitchens, grills, and appliances ship via freight carriers to ensure safe delivery.

Order Processing Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.

Freight Delivery Large items are delivered curbside. The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. Please inspect all items upon arrival and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt.

Shipping Times Typical delivery times range from 5–12 business days depending on the product and destination.

Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged, contact us immediately at support@shopoutdoorhomesupply.com with photos. We will work with the manufacturer to resolve the issue quickly.

Backorders & Lead Times Some products may have extended lead times. We will notify you of any delays before processing your order.
